What Customer Service Reps Don't Tell You

We Google most of your issues to find fixes. Often times we have no idea if what we are telling you will work or not
If you write something really dumb or nonsensical in chat, we are copying and pasting it to our co-workers
What you think is a unique issue, really isnt. we likely deal with it daily
We may ask you questions that are irrelavent just to buy time to find information or to help a totally different customer
If you are talking on chat, we are likely talking to other customers at same time as you
You are not a special snowflake, and you are entitled to nothing. all that money you claim you paid, was paid by everyone else too
If we put you on hold, we are likely talking about you.
